1. How to Post a Grievance.?
Ans : To Post a Grievance First Click on Grievance Post your Grievance Menu, select NGT if you want to Post your grievance on this portal. Fill all the desired details given in the form along with correct & working phone number, you will received a OTP shortly, enter the OTP in website, your grievance will be posted now, also note down your Grievance registration number for future tracking of Grievance.

2. How to Track Grievance already posted on this portal?
Ans : To Track a Grievance First Click on Grievance Track Grievance Menu, Enter Grievance Number & Mobile Number Provided during Grievance registration, and click on process button. Your Grievance registered with us will be shown on screen along with current status of Grievance.

3. How to Post a Suggestion?
Ans : To Post a Suggestion First Click on Suggestion Post your Suggestion Menu. Fill all the desired details given in the form along with correct & working phone number, you will received a OTP shortly, enter the OTP in website, your Suggestion will be posted now, also note down your Suggestion registration number for future tracking of Grievance.

4. How to Track Suggestion already posted on this portal?
Ans : To Track a Suggestion First Click on Grievance Track Suggestion Menu, Enter Suggestion Number & Mobile Number Provided during Suggestion registration, and click on process button. Your Suggestion registered with us will be shown on screen along with current status of Suggestion.

5. Can I view information of NGT selected stations of Kota Division on this portal?
Ans : Yes, anyone can view information regarding NGT selected stations of Kota Division on this portal along with Tourist Information and Passenger Amenity/Facility available on the station.
